Seasonal April–October, weather permitting; pay aboard and do not pre-book.
There is no island-wide step-free route, accessibility desk or lift network. Portree streets, harbour and some roadside viewpoints may suit visitors with limited mobility, but many signature sites involve steep, muddy, rocky, uneven or exposed ground. The Storr has upgraded paths, parking and toilets, but the full hill walk is not universally accessible. Two disabled parking bays are beside Armadale Ferry Terminal.
